Develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills related to company products and services.
Responsible for client acquisition through lead generation leading up to meeting revenue targets.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services & distribution channels that will lead to increase in clientele.
Contribute content for all client presentations, proposals, SLAs, and other documentation.
Ensures close co-ordination and collaboration with other colleagues to promote integrated support to business development efforts.
Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings & identify & obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
Provide regular feedback to senior management about market place and competitor activity.
Research and plan business development activities to achieve positive outcomes for company’s products & services.
Prospect for potential new clients by networking, cold calling, internet campaigns or other means to increase business opportunities.
Acquire prospect/customer information and maintain database in the company CRM environment.
Interface with stakeholders and keep information on agreements, invoices, payment and outstanding updated on a timely basis.
Establishing contact with prospective clients & fixing of appointments with them for introduction.
Develop new business opportunities with customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting, & presenting compelling propositions.
Follow-up the meetings to convert them into clients and specific business agreements.
